You agree not to misuse the assistant, attempt to extract its instructions, or submit sensitive personal information through it.
Customers may request a hold on a vehicle with a $500 deposit, processed securely through Stripe. A request is not a hold — the hold begins only when RydeTime Auto confirms it. One deposit holds a vehicle for 7 days; each additional 7-day period costs another $500. The full policy, which you must acknowledge before paying, is as follows:
Submitting this form is a REQUEST to hold a vehicle. It does not place a hold by itself. A hold takes effect only after RydeTime Auto confirms it with you directly and the $500 deposit has been received. Until you have that confirmation from the dealership, the vehicle stays available to any buyer, and RydeTime Auto may decline a hold request for any reason — including when the vehicle is already part of a pending deal with another customer. A declined request is refunded in full. Once confirmed, the $500 deposit holds the vehicle for 7 calendar days from the date of confirmation. To hold it longer, an additional $500 is due for each additional 7-day period. Any other hold length, amount, or extension must be agreed with RydeTime Auto in writing — nothing agreed verbally changes these terms. If a hold period ends and no extension has been paid and confirmed, the hold expires automatically and the vehicle returns to active availability. The deposit is non-refundable if you choose not to move forward with the purchase, and applies toward your purchase price if the sale is completed. Holding a vehicle removes it from active availability and RydeTime Auto may turn away other buyers during the hold period. This deposit does not guarantee financing approval, lender terms, insurance eligibility, or final sale. Final sale requires completed paperwork, full payment or lender approval, and dealership confirmation.
Holds are subject to manual confirmation by the dealership and do not constitute a completed sale.
Any trade-in value or vehicle purchase offer communicated online or by phone is an estimate only and is not binding. Final values are determined after an in-person inspection of the vehicle.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from use of this website shall be brought in the state or federal courts serving Suffolk, Virginia.
